Fall Festival Recipe: Dutch Babies

Unfortunately I do not have a picture to share with you, but believe me – this is gorgeous and if you have kids, they will certainly get a kick out of it!  We usually have this on Christmas morning – it is our fan tradition!

DUTCH BABIES:
In blender mix:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
Blend 1 or 2 minutes then while still blending, gradually add 1 cup flour. Blend in 1 or 2 minutes

Heat 10 inch iron skillet with 1/2 cute butter in 350 degree oven, til butter melts. Pour Dutch Baby mixture into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces and serve with Dutch Honey.

DUTCH HONEY: 1/2 box brown sugar 1/2 – 1 pint heavy whipping cream Heat in poton stove until completely blended and thick – like syrup. Keep warm on stove until ready to serve. Enjoy!
