Baked Chicken with Cilantro & Olive Salsa
I discovered a fabulous new website today that has some amazing salsas, salad dressings, and so much more. Here is a yummy looking recipe using one of their salas – just in time for Cinco De Mayo! Fischer & Weiser Cilantro & Olive Oil Salsa sounds so good!
Great salsa isn’t just limited to the South of the border – we’ve combined artichoke hearts, with tomato, olives, onion and basil and then spiced it up with some jalapeno peppers to create a medium heat salsa great for dipping, snacking or entertaining. Enjoy! Gluten Free. It’s only $6.95 for one jar!
