After calling 3+ days after ordering to check delivery status, only to discover that they had not actually shipped my order. I had not been notified of the delay at any point. They would not take any responsibility for their error and the fact that the order would arrive too late was basically not their problem! What a poor business attitude! My customer who should have gotten what I thought would be a nice gift has nothing and it is now too late for me to get them anything else, how embarrassing! Their product may be wonderful but definitely not worth the frustration. Don’t count on your order actually being delivered!
