Jennifer - Blog Author, The Speedy Gourmet

My name is Jennifer, and I am the blog author of The Speedy Gourmet.  I am the mother of two children {ages 14 and 20}, and have been happily married for almost 20 years. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area my whole life.  I have many fond memories of going to San Francisco with my parents for birthdays, usually eating in the North Beach Italian Restaurants.

The Bay Area is such a melting pot, and the food choices are endless. I enjoy them all, and look forward to discovering more!

In creating this blog, I hope to share some old family recipes, create and learn about new recipes, as well as bring recipe contests to you.  I frequently do food reviews, and host giveaways of some pretty  yummy goodies.  If you are new here, I hope you’ll take a look around to see if there is anything that suits your fancy.

I also love to travel and will be bringing you some of my favorite hotels, vacation spots and of course food finds.
