Our Easy Creamy Balsamic Dressing recipe is a tasty twist on the traditional vinaigrette. This flavorful salad dressing transforms any salad to amazing!
We eat a lot of salads in our household, so naturally we are always on the lookout for new ideas.
Sometimes we will have cold steak salads with a zesty vinaigrette. Sometimes we mix things up and use warm marinated tri-tip steak slices (leftover from the previous night) and serve it over wilted lettuce salad. Other times we will just create a fun but easy salad dressing. It is amazing how much a flavorful but easy salad dressing can transform an ordinary salad!
Although this is our Creamy Balsamic Salad Dressing, in our home we jokingly call it “The Bomb” salad dressing because it is honestly the best creamy salad dressing we have ever had.
I have to admit, although we do create many salad dressings, this one my nephew (who was 20 at the time), actually came up with this tangy, sweet and garlicky salad dressing. What’s funny is that my nephew created it. He was visiting us over Thanksgiving weekend, along with his mom and brother, and he offered to make his “famous” salad dressing for our salad one night. We of course said, “sure!”. Well it took us all by surprise at how good it was. I mean REALLY good!
